The activities of the GreenScape project are designed to engage youth in sustainability, climate justice, and civic engagement in innovative ways:
- Focus Session: An introductory session outlines the project’s goals and links to Youth Goal #10, laying the foundation for subsequent activities.
- Escape Room Methodological Framework: This framework is grounded in Youth Goal #10 and structures the educational experience, integrating themes of civic participation and environmental responsibility.
- EU Decision-Making Educational Content: Development of content that introduces participants to the processes within EU institutions, enhancing their policy literacy.
- GreenScape Room: This immersive, puzzle-filled Escape Room provides virtual hands-on experiences related to civic engagement and EU decision-making.
- Youth Climate Justice Debate: A forum for youth to discuss their role in climate justice, raising awareness and advocacy skills for environmental action.
- EU Decision-Making Simulation: A real-time simulation activity where participants role-play within EU decision-making bodies, experiencing the intricacies of policy-making firsthand.
- Innovative Practices in Youth Engagement: Showcasing successful strategies for youth engagement in sustainability, encouraging best practices and inspiring further involvement in environmental issue.
